In May 2017, the African Nation Beach Volleyball Championship tournament took place in Maputo. The event was organized by the Mozambique Volleyball Federation and included both men and women teams competing to qualify in their categories for the FIVB World Championship. Sineria supported this tournament by becoming one of the sponsors of this event.
The event was concluded as a big success by all involved. The Mozambique teams ended 4th in the women’s category and 3rd in the men’s, and therefore at the top 4 who qualified to the World Championship that was later held in Vienna, Austria.
